So I used to think Facebook and Myspace were just for kids and *ahem* men featured on 'to catch a predator.' The jury is still out about Myspace. But I did it, I drank the Kool-aid and bowed to peer pressure, I joined Facebook.
Oh, stop laughing at me, I can see you! I love it, OK, I admit it. So, come find me. I love getting to know you better.
And shut up, I can hear you laughing at me because I took so long.
And be sure to join the Blissfully Domestic group Those of us who are neither Blissful nor Domestic are welcome!
I also joined LinkedIn and formed a LinkedIn group for BlissfullyD. Oh, stop, laughing, just go find me there, too.
Ok, speaking of BlissfullyDomestic, oh my gawsh, y'all are gonna be so pleased with what we are doing behind the scenes. I have chosen 12 of the most beautiful, smart, talented and wonderful women in the world to be editors of branches of BlissfullyD. We are working tirelessly behind the scenes with the wonderful Daisy Olsen to build a huge network of connected BD sites all branching off a main umbrella site. We have over 90 amazing women writing for the magazine and are constantly scouting for new talent and fresh voices. We will have all our well loved articles and we will add videos, forums, giveaways and book clubs to the network. {{SQUEE}} I am honored, excited, nervous and sleep deprived. We hope to relaunch around Labor Day. If you have any suggestions, visions, wants or desires for me about the magazine be sure to email me. I love the feedback and want to produce the best magazine for you.
I'll post the caption poll first thing in the morning. Mr. Smartypants is working late at his new. job. {hallelujah} So he will pick the finalists first thing, sound good? Great!
Love you, Alli
PS- I will be removing my BlogHer ads next week and presenting my media package. I will then open up bidding for 125x125 button ads on my side bar. *ahem* {whispers- PR 5, Technorati 380+, over 1K RSS subscribers}
