Fussy's Linkapalooza -With Gnashing of Teeth

I lovingly drafted (but forgot to ever save) a Linkapalooza today full of wonderful linky love. I felt the warm hug of sending love all over the blogosphere.

Then my laptop, already gasping for life, overheated and froze. I lost my whole post. This is where you can insert much gnashing of teeth and using language inappropriate for a lady.

Maybe you, Beloved Friend of Fussy, could take that in stride and start over. Me? Not so much. I'm hormonal don't cha know?

Gasp! OMGoodness. I know you've never seen such a ginormous belly! My OB measured my belly this week and proclaimed that he will be over 9lbs. Good thing I'm being induced at week 39. Should I live-blog it? Tweet it?  Do hospitals have wi-fi?

Fight the Frump -Long Live the Capri

Over at my second home, we twittered about how capri pants can never go out of style. Seriously, I do not care what the magazines say. To get capris out of my closet ~insert Charlton Heston's dramatic voice~ you'll have to pry them out of my cold dead hands.

Let's be honest, sometimes shorts just aren't the best choice. I won't even mention that thing cellulite that none of us have on our hips arms thighs. At a certain point many Mommies just needs to give up the dream of wearing her rhinestone Juicy emblazoned shorts. Sidenote -If you are one of the lucky Friends of Fussy who rawks some supa-fab gams, then more power to ya!

I love capris because-

I am known for my pasty exotic Irish heritage. I have been known to cause traffic accidents from snow blindness cause by my legs without self tanner.

I am over 12. I have way too many curves. Bermuda shorts are back in the stores. ~fussy shakes her head~ I wasn't born yesterday. No woman over a size 1 can wear these.

Sometimes ladies wear shorts that give the appearance that their bottom is eating their shorts. Nom, Nom, Nom....  Not a good look. 

Pick quality capris. Fabric that is too thin will show every tiny bump on the backs of our legs -not that we have any! Stay away from white! Only buy wrinkle free. Seriously, we don't iron right? Oh, you do iron? ~fussy shamefully slinks away~

Casual & cute, eh?

Remember the Fussy mantra- "Keep the below the waist shades dark. Wear colors on top to draw the eyes up and away from our lovely bottom halves!"

Not all capris are fashionable. No Fashionable Friend of Fussy shall wear bright floral printed pants. If I hear any reports of this travesty among my ranks it will not be tolerated.  Do not test me, after I have this baby I will come take those ugly hot pink hiawaiian print pants out of your closet. You can't hide them!

Thank you for all your well wishes and prayers for a speedy recovery, My fever is gone and I think I am on the mend. I had such a blast reading all the wonderful notes you left on Cheeky Monkey's guest post. He thinks he's famous and getting too big for his britches now. I think it's all that candy y'all sent him. :)
